Kurry Contest

Kurry Contest

The whole family at Kismot would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who participated in the event and to everyone who very kindly donated to the event in these hard economic times it is very much appreciated by all of us!

For those of you reading this who did not hear about the event, we hosted Scotland’s 2011 Kurry King or Queen Contest on Saturday 1st October 2011 in the restaurant it was a test of endurance against the famous Kismot Killer curry and the contestants had to endure 3 rounds of the curry starting with the old Kismot Killer up to the New & Improved Kismot Killer and it all went very well apart from two of the contestant’s who very unfortunately had to be taken to hospital shortly after the event. We did have the British Red Cross on hand at the event, however they unfortunately could not cope with their condition and took the desicion to call for medical back up. Both contestants are still alive, fit and well and now back to their normal selves! Next time we will be cooling the contest down!

The contest has it’s own Facebook page – check it out!
